JDP are working with a large-scale eCommerce brand seeking an experienced customer service officer to join their team as they move into yet another expansion phase. These guys love all things outdoors, champion coming into work with a positive attitude and hold delivering quality service and products to their client-base at the top of their list.
If you enjoy relationship building, outdoor adventures, all things eComm and being surrounded by passionate and driven team members, this may be the role for you.
What you will bring to the table: - 2 + years experience in a customer service/client relationship role, ideally for a well known eCommerce brand.
- Top-notch communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise certain projects and clients in an orderly manner.
- Intermediate computer skills – particularly with Microsoft suite.
- A collaborative and driven mindset, with a strong desire to work towards shared goals.
- Managing incoming phone calls for support and new purchases.
- Controlling online customer inquiries, orders and requests (through email and website).
- Supporting clients in-store, as well as assisting suppliers and courier services.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company product range, and keeping updated with new arrivals.
- Room to develop professionally in an environment of supportive and genuine leaders and colleagues.
- Collaborative and close-knitted culture, with frequent work outings and trips across QLD.
