I'm working with an agency that's on the lookout for a Performance Manager with a strong E-commerce focus. You will be driving acquisition and conversions for your clients. 

$80k + super on offer with flexibility for the right person.

Your day-to-day : 

• Developing full funnel lead generation and e-commerce campaigns and strategies across multiple digital media channels and attribution models.
• Implementing, executing and optimisation of all performance based campaigns across programmatic (all formats), social, native, search and other analytical and performance based platforms
• Drive E-commerce outcomes for your clients via optimisation of data, click funnels, CRO, copy and creative and other key performance indicators.
• And using all available analytical platforms to achieve the best possible results for clients. 

What we is someone who has been hands on, in platform, across all paid channels - for 3+ years. You will be building campaigns from scratch, optimising and reporting.
