I'm currently on the hunt for a Product Owner to join an exciting online retail company doing some fresh and innovative things.

I'm not going to list a number of generic bullet points that the client needs because let’s face it - that's boring, and a normal job spec never covers everything the employer is looking for.

Instead, I am just going to give you some interesting info about the business and hope that it peaks your interest.

Culture – Don’t we love that word – “what is the culture like?” ...as a recruiter, it's a question I get asked every day at least 40 times. This business is well established and thrives on working hard and keeping their employee’s happy. Like all good companies, getting projects out of the door is the main objective. However, these guys do like to have a laugh and there is a young, fun atmosphere within the business.

My overall opinion on the company is that if you're a hard worker who likes to get sh*t done with a smile on your face - this is the place for you.

'What will I even be doing?'

You'll be supporting the Product Manager in which you'll be planning, designing and building a new online Design and Order platform.

You'll also be running and attending workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements from which you will work with the team to propose, document and produce solutions to meet key goals.

If you have previous Business Analyst experience, worked in an Agile environment and understand what good UX is, you'll be looked upon favourably.
