Just Digital People are partnering with one of Melbourne's favourite Digital agencies to help them find their new Account Director! They currently have around 50 staff, so a good size boutique agency. You will be reporting directly into the CEO and consulting with their largest clients on their ongoing digital strategies.

They are true specialists in anything performance marketing. Your focus will be the top-tier clients!! My client is an awesome full-service digital agency that has seen an impressive amount of growth over the last year and now have around 50 employees spanning across Melbourne (HQ)

The Account Director is responsible for 3 key areas:

• Strategic development 
• Client retention 
• Team development

A Day in the Life:

• Develop strong, multi-layered relationships with your clients to build loyalty and trust
• Manage a team of up to 6 account managers and Account executives
• Identify the objectives of your client portfolio and actively build strategies with your Account Team to achieve client objectives in the short and long term.
•  Identify opportunities for growth in the clients’ retainers and ensure the deliverables are relevant to the client objectives over time.
• Working with colleagues: liaise with creatives, web developers and designers for content and web requirements
• Maintain and manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
• You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends
