About
We’ve partnered with an exciting start-up who are hiring a Business Analyst (BI & Data integration) who doesn’t hide behind documentation. Someone who writes the SQL, ships the dashboard, connects the API, and fixes the pipeline when it breaks.
This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving product company. You won’t inherit red tape. You won’t sit in workshops for three months. You’ll plug into live systems from day one and start building.
Eighty percent execution. Twenty percent collaboration.
If that balance excites you, keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Build BI dashboards that give teams real-time clarity on customer health, product engagement, and revenue performance
• Design and implement integrations between a modern data lake and external CRM systems via REST APIs
• Write production-level SQL and Python to power pipelines, transformations, and automated workflows
• Troubleshoot data flows when they break and improve them so they don’t break again
• Work directly with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to turn messy questions into clean, queryable answers
You’ll own outcomes, not just recommendations.
What You Bring Must Have
• Strong SQL skills
• Python for data manipulation and scripting such as pandas, requests, and automation
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms, ideally Databricks, or tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI with the ability to adapt quickly
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes rather than waiting for them
Nice to Have
• CRM integration experience
• Data pipeline or ETL tooling experience such as Airflow or dbt
• Experience in a startup or scaling environment
Why This Role
Build from scratch. The data foundation exists but is evolving, and you’ll shape how information flows across the company.
Real autonomy.
Small team.
End-to-end ownership.
No approval labyrinths.
Six months to prove mutual fit, with a full-time opportunity for the right person.
Hybrid flexibility, they care about output, not desk time.
Who This Isn’t For
• Analysts who prefer strategy decks over working code
• People who need detailed specifications before starting
• Anyone uncomfortable with figuring things out independently
If you’ve built a data integration or BI solution end-to-end and you’re proud of it, we want to hear about it.
