JDP are partnering with an early-stage wellness-technology company that is building a platform designed to help individuals improve their performance, health and overall wellbeing through structured coaching and accountability.
The business already has a product in market and is gaining early traction. The next phase of the journey is focused on building a scalable growth engine that can take the platform from early adoption to meaningful scale.
To support this next stage, the business is looking to appoint a Chief Growth Officer who will take ownership of customer acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.
In this role you will design and execute the strategy across the full customer journey from customer acquisition and activation through to retention, engagement and expansion.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a senior growth leader who has experience scaling a technology product.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within high-growth startups or scale-ups, and will be comfortable building growth strategies and systems from the ground up.

- Experience scaling a digital product, platform or marketplace for a start-up is essential
- Strong background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth
- Background in health and wellness is ideal OR Saas
- Proven ability to build and optimise growth funnels across acquisition, activation and retention
- Experience working within startup or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of data-driven growth and experimentation
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Embrace remote working
