So, what who are we looking for?
A skilled Computer Vision Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of their drone products equipped with integrated cameras. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of their drones through cutting-edge computer vision algorithms.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement innovative computer vision algorithms to empower our drones in interpreting and analysing visual data in real-time.
- Develop algorithms for object detection, tracking, and recognition to enable intelligent navigation and response to the drone's environment.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate computer vision solutions with navigation, communication, and control systems.
- Optimise algorithms for efficient processing and low-latency performance, ensuring seamless operation across various scenarios, including surveillance, reconnaissance, and security applications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing computer vision algorithms.
- Experience with Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Strong understanding of image processing techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with software development in Linux environments and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- An Australian Citizenship
- Be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
