We are currently working on an exciting hire for a CRM Manager within one of Australia’s leading price comparison businesses based in Sydney paying up $130k p/a + super.
  
Although a Hands-on CRM Manager role, the client are already approved to increase the team size, which you will manage.
  
As the CRM Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing E2E customer marketing programs that drive internal engagement, utilising the data available. You will create marketing campaigns across multiple channels, spanning the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion, loyalty, and retention.
  
You will utilise Braze & Tableau to strategise, execute on campaigns to have a direct impact on key metrics.
  
Role –
  

• Hands-on role with the primary responsibility to manage the overall success of initiatives and CRM metrics.
• Strategic marketing professional responsible for developing multi-channel marketing programs.
• Utilising consumer data to improve conversion

  
Skillset –
  

• Over 5 years experience with CRM and BTL campaigns
• Daily management and experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms
• In-depth knowledge of CRM techniques
• Extensive experience using customer data to improve outcomes
