- 5+ years in Digital & eCommerce roles
- Proven experience on the client side with a fast-growing retail or eCom brand
- Strong background in performance marketing — Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and more
- Comfortable building strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute
- Solid commercial instincts and a strategic mindset
- Confident in driving customer acquisition and retention through paid and owned channels
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end
- Deep understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms), eCommerce operations, and conversion funnels
- Experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing — you get how to build journeys that convert
