What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own and execute global paid digital and social media strategies.
  • Lead digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and more — from concept to optimisation.
  • Create, brief and schedule engaging content across social platforms.
  • Manage online communities, reply to fans and foster both B2B and B2C engagement.
  • Execute marketing activity in the Australian market, including SEO content and partner campaigns.
  • Use data and reporting to inform smarter decisions, drive user engagement and showcase ROI.
  • Work with a creative team for assets — you focus on strategy and impact.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, social media, or paid performance.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and paid campaign management.
  • Experience in developing content plans across organic social platforms.
  • A deep love of sport (both local and international).
  • Solid stakeholder engagement skills — you’ll be working across global teams and external brands.
  • Bonus points for any design or creative skills (but not essential).
  • A degree in Marketing, Comms, or a related field.
