We are looking for a Dynamic 365 Specialist to join their team. As a member of their Business Intelligence directorate, you will lead the customisation, enablement, adoption, and administration of Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform across their organisation.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and end-users to develop Power Platform designs and solutions that will improve healthcare services for people the organisation. You will be responsible for managing Power Platform environments, Dataverse data stewardship, and business-as-usual customisations, ensuring that our organisation is making the most of this powerful tool.
Your day-to-day activities will be varied and challenging, from engaging with stakeholders and end-users to leading Power Platform testing and test plan creation. You will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in D365 CE and/or Power Platform
- Experience with configuration, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with wider Microsoft 365 and Azure suite (especially Teams, SharePoint, and DevOps) is also highly desirable
- Microsoft certification with any of the following qualifications: PL-200, PL-100, PL-400, PL-300, DP-500, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240.
