Just Digital People have once again come together with our highly-valued client; an Australian-owned skincare and beauty brand. We are assisting in the search to find an experienced eCommerce and Marketplace Manager.

The Business:

Our client’s aim is to broaden the horizons of skincare on a worldwide scale. With pride, they produce their products exclusively in Melbourne, remaining committed to both cruelty-free and vegan principles.
  
Office is based in the heart of Brighton with brand-new, state-of-the-art, purpose-built offices. You have the opportunity to join a globally renowned team who trade across 150+ countries

Key Responsibilities:

• Your day-to-day consists of running and developing the brand's eCommerce website via Shopify, as well as operations and trading capabilities across Amazon's marketplace platform.
• You are expected to have keen understanding a proven track record of analysing data across these platforms and Google Analytics.
• You will be working closely with marketing teams to determine game-plan, strategy and execution to increase customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
• It is imperative to stay up to date with current trends in the market and competitor movement to maintain top of the market.
• Though there are internal teams for developers, SEO and design, you will be required to liaise with external agencies in these areas.

About You:

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in an eCommerce Manager role, also across marketplaces; familiarity with the beauty industry is a big plus.
• Solid understanding and effective use of analytical data and insights.
• Display a genuine enthusiasm and affection for all things related to skincare and beauty.
• Demonstrate creativity with a keen eye for detail.
• Showcase exceptional organisational skills and a knack for multitasking.
• Boast strong creative copywriting capabilities.
• Flourish in a fast-paced setting and confront challenges adeptly.
• Radiate a positive, team-oriented demeanour.
