We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our client, a family-owned Australian organisation with a presence in AU, US, UK, and EU.
What you will bring:

- 3+ years experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing and/or marketing automation for ecommerce brand
- Direct experience with Klaviyo
- Proficient in copywriting, staging, and executing email marketing campaigns and automated flows across regions (US, AU, UK, and EU)
- Collaborating with visual designers to design and customise emails
- Assisting with strategy for content and communications
- Lead SMS marketing campaigns for ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs such as open rate, click rate, click-through rate, attributed revenue, soft bounces, hard bounces, spam rate, etc.
- Capable of effectively and efficiently working both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and energetically driven individual with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Broad knowledge of legislation affecting email marketing and SMS, including GDPR, CCPA CDPA etc.
- High attention to detail.
- Full-time agency/studio and or client-side experience
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma applications.
- Experience with Wordpress.
