We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on shipping fast and wants to join a team where AI shapes the way they work, not just what they build.

You'll be working across a modern .NET backend and React frontend, deployed on AWS, in a team that moves quickly and expects you to keep up. This isn't a place for coasting, it's fast-paced, genuinely challenging and best suited to someone who wants to be stretched rather than parked.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and shipping features end-to-end across .NET and React
• Working in AWS-hosted environments, with real ownership over what you build
• Using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, not bolted on, baked in
• Solving problems in a team that values speed, autonomy, and getting it right

What we're after:

• Strong commercial experience with .NET and React
• Comfortable in AWS (or keen to get there fast)
• Genuinely curious about AI and how it changes the way we build software
• Someone who thrives on pace and complexity rather than being worn down by it
