My client is an awesome, fully integrated Performance Marketing Agency who is looking for their new Executive Strategy Director! This role will be reporting directly to the owners & CEO of the business. This person will ultimately be responsible for the business's entire digital marketing strategy.

You will be the lead authority and contact for clients and the subject matter expert for anything digital strategy.You will be responsible for both the DMS team’s performance and the overarching Digital Marketing Strategy offering spanning Strategy, Paid Media, Social, and associated services.

About you:

• Have 8+ years of experience in a leadership/strategy role in the digital marketing space with an agency. Experience in an agency is a non-negotiable.
• Experience developing, implementing and optimising advanced digital strategies (strong focus on Google Ads and Paid Social)
• You can plan, execute and track paid media campaigns, continually optimising for enquiry and leads
• You have experience being a leader in an agency, managing high performing teams 
• Innovative and are across the latest updates in Digital Marketing
• Is a subject matter expert for digital marketing
• Are able to deliver sophisticated digital strategies that will deliver strong ROI for both the client and business 
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in Google Ads, Business Manager (Facebook and Instagram ads) and Google Analytics
