With strong foundations, a proven product, and a loyal customer base, they’re now looking to bring on a Head of Growth who can accelerate scale across acquisition, retention, and new markets. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team, where you’ll own the growth strategy end-to-end and lead a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, and analytics.

What you’ll be doing
- Designing and executing growth strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and lifecycle channels
- Leading acquisition activity: paid social, search, programmatic, SEO, and CRO
- Building retention and lifecycle programs that increase customer lifetime value
- Partnering with product and UX to optimise conversion rates and the customer journey
- Crafting bold, resonant campaigns to strengthen brand presence and trust
- Creating a test-and-learn culture where experimentation drives decisions
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing growth team
- Shaping go-to-market strategies for future international expansion
- Proven growth track record scaling eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer tech brands
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle/CRM
- Strong command of data and experimentation - comfortable with CAC, LTV, funnel metrics
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute
- Someone who’s delivered measurable revenue and growth outcomes in past roles
- Competitive base salary package + performance incentives
