The role:

• Leadership position with 5 direct reports
• 60% strategy/leadership, 40% hands-on execution
• Direct report to senior leadership
• Focus on finance/insurance sector
• Flexible work arrangements available
• Proactively monitor and manage SEO performance against key PCW competitors
• Liaise with IT team to ensure technical SEO optimization
• Develop annual Programme of Work for each vertical across the business - aligning overarching strategy
• Performance measured on KPI's
• Maximise visibility, traffic and lead volumes
• On-site and off-site SEO optimisation

You will have:

• 7+ years proven experience in finance/insurance SEO
• Strong track record with high-profile clients
• Ability to translate SEO efforts into measurable business results
• Experience leading and motivating technical teams
• Forward-thinking approach to emerging search trends and AI
• Experience in fintech or similar industries
• Experience leading teams
