Why this role? As Lead Environment Technical Artist, you’ll take ownership of the full environment art pipeline—from concept to fully realised, optimised 3D worlds.

• Lead & mentor a small team of environment artists while shaping future hires.
• Drive innovation with R&D sprints, new workflows, and bold visual directions.
• Get hands-on with UE5 (Nanite, Lumen, Blueprints), optimisation tools, and technical artistry.
• Collaborate across disciplines—developers, creative directors, virtual production teams—to build environments that elevate gameplay and live broadcast experiences.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Environment / Technical Artist on shipped AAA titles.
• Deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5—lighting, texturing, level streaming, optimisation, and perf tools.
• A portfolio that shows full scene breakdowns, optimisation chops, and real-time artistry.
• Team leadership: sprint planning, mentoring, fostering a strong feedback culture.
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in virtual production, stylised art pipelines, or C++ extensions.
