What you’ll be doing

• Engineering better solutions—not just maintaining what already exists.

• Mentoring and developing talent while staying hands-on with code.

What you’ll need

• A strong technical background in:
• Ruby on Rails
• React
• TypeScript
• AWS
• Node.js
• GraphQL
• PostgreSQL
• A mindset that values experimentation over bureaucracy.
• The ability to challenge ideas and have yours challenged in return.
• Experience leading teams and growing engineering talent.
