We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager to join the team. This role suits someone comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end across both local and national marketing, while staying hands-on with content, CRM, and digital execution.
You'll report directly to the CMO, working alongside senior leadership, internal teams, creative agencies, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local area marketing (LAM) campaigns to build engagement and drive traffic
- Roll out national brand campaigns, keeping messaging consistent across all channels
- Develop and manage content across digital channels — website, social, email, and blog
- Review campaign data and report on ROI, feeding insights back into optimisation
- Lead marketing efforts for new site launches and service rollouts
- Work with designers, developers, and agencies to protect and strengthen brand identity
- Manage budgets, oversee vendor invoicing, and keep marketing spend cost-effective
- Support CRM campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Coordinate branded materials, promotional items, and visual assets
- Help drive sponsorships, local events, and promotional partnerships
- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally across multi-site or multi-brand businesses
- Solid grounding in both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Healthcare or consumer services background is a plus, though not essential
- Confident across content creation, CRM/email marketing, and campaign management
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to gauge performance
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and CMS tools
