Just Digital People are excited to announce the collaboration with an Australian-owned skincare and beauty brand. We are assisting in the search to discover a part-time Marketing Strategy Manager.
In response to internal shifts, this role has naturally sprouted, nurturing the growth of the company. As you step into this role, you'll become an integral part of an already highly successful Marketing team, shaping their brand direction and awareness, guided by nationally recognised influential leaders.
As a part-time role, you will be required to attend the office three days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop marketing plans, for both online and retail channels to meet brand goals and revenue targets.
- Come together with product development, creative, and sales teams for tailor made marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts and achieve ROI.
- Perform market research to uncover emerging opportunities, consumer insights and competitive trends.
- Keep updated on industry trends, consumer behaviours, and digital marketing best practices for informed strategic decision-making. Craft engaging brand narratives and messages that resonate with our target audience.
- Supervise the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, covering digital advertising, social media, influencers, and in-store promotions.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a marketing strategy role; familiarity with the beauty industry is a big plus.
- Experience and strong understanding across Social Media, the use of both paid and organic, EDMs, SEO and paid performance marketing.
- Keen understanding and effective use of analytical data and insights.
- Display a genuine enthusiasm and affection for all things related to skincare and beauty.
- Demonstrate creativity with a keen eye for detail.
- Showcase exceptional organisational skills and a knack for multitasking.
- Boast strong creative copywriting capabilities.
- Flourish in a fast-paced setting and confront challenges adeptly.
- Radiate a positive, team-oriented demeanour
