We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media implementation across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and DV360.
You’ll be responsible for optimising paid media campaigns and achieving measurable growth in digital media sales across APAC markets in both the short and long term.
As part of a highly experienced APAC team, you’ll work alongside two senior digital media professionals and report to the Digital Manager. You’ll also collaborate with offshore team members and work alongside other departments to ensure cross functionality across campaign and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimise paid digital media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Work with APAC Market Activation Managers to align media strategies with local market needs.
- Analyse performance data, adjust campaigns in-platform, and provide insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure campaign strategies drive incremental sales and customer growth in APAC markets.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- 3-4 years’ experience in digital media buying and campaign execution within enterprise-level clients.
- Agency background preferred - working with large brands, not small business accounts.
- Hands-on experience managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360.
- Strong understanding of performance-driven digital media and optimisations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Experienced working with data, analytics, and reporting tools to assess effectiveness.
