What’s the role about? As the Paid Media Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Oversight: You will take charge of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads, developing fresh campaigns and experimenting with strategies to meet performance objectives.
- Budget Allocation and ROI Maximisation: Efficiently managing and allocating budgets for various campaigns is key. You’ll make sure each dollar is spent wisely to maximise returns on investment.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: You'll generate insightful reports that provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others to monitor and fine-tune campaign results.
- Creative Development & Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to produce attention-grabbing ad content and messaging. Stay updated on industry shifts and platform updates to ensure our approach remains at the forefront.
- Audience Research & Targeting: Perform in-depth keyword and audience research, utilising competitor insights to refine targeting and discover new market opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing professionals to ensure campaign alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction. You’ll also have the chance to mentor colleagues and share your expertise in paid media tactics.
- Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Solid understanding of paid media strategies, including keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation to maximise results.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
