JDP are partnering with a luxury Australian fashion house, who are on the hunt for a new Performance Marketing Manager to come in and takeover their Paid media function.

We are looking for someone to come in and head up their performance marketing function and take it to the next level. A real subject matter expert who loves everything paid media and performance.

What you need:

• 3-4 years experience specialising in performance marketing
• Must have experience in retail, particularly from a Global presence 
• Be a true specialist in everything performance, Google Ads, META platforms, Programmatic etc.
• Be a strategic and commercial thinker.
• Recent experience being hands on with campaigns
• Design, and manage a holistic Digital Marketing strategy for the business with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention
• Ability to drive high value traffic to our website through our owned and paid channels
• Maintain and manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
• Monitor and analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends

Note, this role will require 5-days on-site.
