As Principal Engineer, you’ll be completely hands-on: shaping the product roadmap, solving complex technical problems, and scaling AI-driven solutions that directly impact enterprise customers worldwide.
  
What You’ll Bring

• Deep experience with Python, TypeScript, React, & AWS
• Strong background in AI (LLMs) and building intelligent systems
• Proven experience at Principal Engineer/Technical Lead level
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of product & stack
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.

  
The Offer
Salary: $250-$300k + Super + ESOP (DOE)
Flexibility: Remote (Sydney/Melbourne preference)
