About the role:
  
The Product Specialist's role is to represent Business Owners by utilising agile delivery teams to manage the supply of products and services in accordance with company priorities and their demands.
  
In addition, you will offer constant service improvement for the products and applications already in use by operating teams. End user testing, release management, stakeholder engagement, and training for the features and functionality of various products and apps will all fall within your responsibility.
  
About you:

• Prior experience in Business Analysis or Product Support/Management
• Able to collaborate closely with stakeholders and provide solutions that match their needs
• Agile & Waterfall SDLC
• Experience delivering presentations and producing in-depth reports
• Strong ability with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel etc.)  

Highly regarded if you have:  

• Experience with MS SQL,TSQL, SSRS & SSIS
• Coding experience with VB6 and/or C#
• UX/UI background
• Agile and Product Management/Ownership related certifications
