An awesome opportunity for us to partner up with a start-up digital marketing agency in their growth stage. Now when I say growth stage, I don’t mean a business who’s been around 10-20 years and continuously growing because they’re busy. They are pretty new in town, but very well set up.

This agency established themselves in the infancy of Covid (sorry for saying the c-word), but they've come out the other side with enough financial stability to make the larger agencies envious.

An agency that wants to reward their new Senior Account Manager with a commission structure on top of their base salary and superannuation.

Your new role

• Lead and manage key client relationships, proactively acting as the first point of contact.
• Hands on, on the tools, strategically putting together performance marketing campaigns; across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as required.
• Create and develop SEO strategies alongside internal SEO/Content Specialist.
• Optimise and implement any creative campaign changes, reporting back to each client on campaign performance.

About you?

• You're already a Senior Account Manager, you know your way around the agency world and understand the fast-paced environment
• You know performance marketing, both strategically and how to execute. So in other words paid search and paid social campaigns are your bred and butter.
• You get data, so you know your way around Google Analytics and SEMrush.
