We’re seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts for critical 6-month contract opportunities with a fast-moving, product-led technology scale-up. Role Focus Areas:
Role 1. Internal Stakeholder Focus

• Partner with internal teams to define functional and technical requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Support engineering squads by clarifying requirements and ensuring compliance with upcoming regulatory changes (including API integrations).
• Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and translate business needs into system-ready solutions.
• Provide guidance on system design and onboarding software integration.

Role 2. Partner / External Network Focus

• Engage with external partners to understand their systems, processes, and business needs.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable requirements for partner integrations.
• Own partner delivery from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring compliance with API-driven solutions.
• Navigate complex relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Experience (Both Roles):

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in payroll, superannuation, or financial services highly desirable. Experience in a Startup/scale-up environment is also very welcome. 
• Ability to work independently, make informed recommendations, and drive delivery outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
