This team is embedding ML and LLM capabilities into products used by thousands of customers. That means real constraints, real trade offs, and real accountability. You’ll operate in domains where correctness, trust, and compliance matter just as much as innovation.

They’ve moved past asking “can we build this?”
Now it’s “should we build this, and how do we prove it works?”

What you’ll be doing 

• Frame hypotheses with product
• Design experiments beyond launch
• Prototype and ship GenAI/ML solutions
• Take ideas from MVP to production
• Apply NLP, retrieval, forecasting and recommendations
• Define and track meaningful success metrics
• Run offline and live experiments
• Ship with ML engineers and frontend teams
• Work in regulated, risk aware environments
• Influence data science practices across the team

Who this suits

• You’ve shipped customer facing ML or GenAI
• You have hands on LLM experience
• You think in hypotheses, not just outputs
• You’re strong in Python and modern ML tooling
• You can work effectively with engineers
• You influence across product and stakeholders
• You communicate clearly in complex environments

A PhD is welcome but not required. Demonstrated impact matters more.
