We’re currently working on an exciting hire for a Senior Designer for a Creative agency working across branding, digital, websites and marketing campaigns, with a remote working setup but you will need to be located within Brisbane region/Gold Coast/Northern NSW due to client/team meetings, paying up to $110k + super depending on experience.
  
This is a broad, hands-on design role where you’ll work across brand, web, campaigns, print, reporting, social media, EDMs and more. They’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and can move between concept thinking and detailed rollout work without losing quality.
  
You’ll work closely with creative leadership across a range of client projects, from developing visual identities and brand systems through to custom website design in Figma, campaign creative and ongoing rollout work across multiple brands.
  
Key skills that you will need to be considered –
  
  • Proven experience in a Senior Designer role (min 3 years), within an agency environment
  • Attention to detail is key to this role
  • A portfolio of work is needed to be considered for this role
  • Strong Figma capability, particularly across website/UI design
  • Strong branding and visual identity experience
  • Ability to work across both digital and print design
  • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
  
Duties –
  
  • Develop creative concepts and visual identity systems across a range of clients
  • Design custom websites in Figma with strong UI/UX thinking and usability
  • Deliver campaign creative across paid media, social, EDMs and digital
  • Create presentations, reports, brochures, templates and brand
  • Work across both concept development and production-ready work
  • Collaborate closely with creative leadership, developers and stakeholders
  • Prepare clean, organised design files for presentation, production and handover
  • Present creative thinking and rationale internally and to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency across all creative output
  
Skillset –
  
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital, campaign and print
  • Experience developing brand systems, guidelines and visual identities
  • Advanced Figma & Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital best practices
  • Experience across social, campaign creative & presentations
  • Ability to work autonomously within a remote/hybrid environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
