Our client is an established outdoor/lifestyle brand with a highly engaged 3.8M+ audience, a proven product-market fit, and serious marketing momentum. They’re already investing $2M+ in annual ad spend, producing 1,500+ videos per year, and generating revenue across a 70% Meta / 30% Google split.

Now they’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase: 2–4x growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Paid Media Leadership
  • Own and scale Meta and Google Ads performance (70% Meta / 30% Google revenue mix).
  • Optimise a $2M+ annual ad budget across acquisition and retargeting.
  • Lead structured testing across creative, audiences, offers and funnels.
  • Drive improvements in ROAS, CAC and LTV.
Analytics & Performance Insights
  • Own GA4 tracking and reporting.
  • Translate data into clear strategic action.
  • Build reporting that drives decisions, not just dashboards.
Paid + Organic Growth Alignment
  • Align paid media strategy with organic content output.
  • Leverage 1,500+ annual video assets for continuous performance testing.
  • Identify scalable growth opportunities across channels.
Website & Conversion Optimisation
  • Improve landing page performance and site conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests to increase revenue per visitor.
  • Collaborate on UX and funnel improvements.
  
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets (ideally seven figures).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Advanced working knowledge of GA4 and performance reporting.
  • A commercial mindset focused on revenue and growth.
  • A test-and-learn mentality with structured experimentation experience.
