We're seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join an early-stage, high-growth SaaS venture. This is a hands-on role building a secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile platform while shaping engineering standards and practices.

We're seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join an early-stage, high-growth SaaS venture. This is a hands-on role building a secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile platform while shaping engineering standards and practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production-grade Flutter applications with clean, testable architecture
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to deliver priority features
- Own CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and performance optimization
- Contribute to code standards, testing, and agile delivery practices
- 4+ years building production-grade mobile applications (Flutter preferred)
- Backend experience with serverless platforms (Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
- Proven ownership of system reliability, CI/CD, and performance optimization
- Based in Australia with right to work
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy
- Experience mentoring engineers in early-stage ventures
- Exposure to AI tools, analytics platforms, or edge computing
- Shape the mobile product for a high-growth SaaS business
- Remote/hybrid flexibility with occasional collaboration
- Opportunity to participate in a management incentive plan
