Just Digital People have a stellar opportunity for an experienced Senior Loyalty Manager to join this booming business!

The successful candidate will support all aspects of loyalty and customer engagement to power the overall marketing game plan for this well known household name. What does success look like? Building brand equity, driving sales and increasing profit.

Your new role:

• You’ll be running the Direct Marketing strategy across loyalty, personalisation, insights and CRM (SMS, Email, Push, In-app) nationally, including Budget & ROI management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive loyalty and CRM strategies to drive customer retention and lifetime value
• Oversee the design, execution, and optimisation of loyalty programs, ensuring they are attractive, competitive, and effective.
• Work cross-functionally with team leads across brand, partnerships, marketing and BI to implement and launch national campaigns to champion members
• Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of loyalty and CRM initiatives, including ROI and other key metrics
• Lead and mentor a team of loyalty and CRM professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment whilst providing guidance and support to ensure successful development

About you:

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty and CRM strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience mapping out the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve touchpoints and overall customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience in either retail, hospitality, food and beverage
