We are currently working on a Contract Senior .Net Developer position within a Digital Government agency based in Brisbane with a Hybrid working for an initial 12 MONTH contract with confirmed extensions.
  
As one of the Senior Developers you’ll develop and maintain Azure based web APIS and portal applications to support existing legislative requirements, and new regulatory processes.
  
Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (Australian citizen).
  
Role –
  
As a Senior Developer you’ll be at the forefront of making technical decisions and understand best practices. You’ll be an expert in all things .Net and Azure and can seamlessly develop greenfield applications to convert with Government Legislation and New Regulatory processes. For this role, even though you’ll primarily be working within the .Net space; having experience building web applications in either Angular or React is essential.
  
We’re looking for a Senior Developer with 5 Years+ experience (extra bonus if you’ve worked in Government before) as you’ll be providing secure coding practices to ensure solutions are secure and robust. As a Senior member of the team, one of your responsibilities will include conducting peer reviews of code and infrastructure and ensuring best practices are met across the team.
  
This role is hybrid based, ideally with travel into the Brisbane office a couple of days a month.
