We're on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager who is looking for a remote 2 month contract, starting June 1st.

The client would like you to either be based in Sydney or Brisbane,

What you'll be doing:

You'll own client relationships (roughly 3 clients), manage projects, support internal teams, and enjoy keeping on track with project timelines. You'll be a key point of contact for internal teams, as well as being responsible for nurturing client relationships. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with senior clients and colleagues
• Project/account management of multiple clients and projects
• Briefing the consulting and design teams
• Owning, preparing for, and leading client meetings
• Proposal writing and estimating
• Solving problems and finding a way forward when things don’t go to plan
• Owning and managing multiple budgets, forecasts, and invoices – working with project leads to ensure projects are delivered to commercial targets
• Contributing to resource planning and scheduling.

Essentials skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within in a UX/Service Design Consultancy or Digital agency
• Experience in managing project finances and reporting – making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (and can demonstrate this with examples)
• Exceptional eye for detail - understanding the small stuff does matter
• Collaborative and keen to contribute to studio culture and organisational development 
• Ability to anticipate client needs, and identify and mitigate problems
• Professional, fun, friendly and self-starting
