So what exactly will you be doing?

The Melbourne Digital Scene is always busy & with our reputation to deliver continuing to grow - we're beautifully chaotic. As a result, we're in need for a Senior Consultant to focus on the Digital space and work with our team to kick some serious goals! Think: CIA level people-finding skills, complied with hunting skills and its the perfect mix.
  
Experience in Digital Recruitment is not mandatory - It's more about your mindset and current (recruitment) ability, plus the understanding of how to harness a successful desk - Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach to market, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both client and candidates alike.

• An individual who can deliver to an array of diverse clients

• Someone who can self-manage. We are not a KPI-type organisation, so if you need hand holding this isnt the role.
