We are currently working on X2 SENIOR SERVICE DESIGNER roles within a Digital Government agency based in Sydney OR Brisbane with a Hybrid working way (ideally 2 days in office) for a 12 month contract.
  
Day rate is subject to experience but around $800-$1,200 p/d + Super
  
As the Service Designer you will designing the end-to-end journey of Digital services based on evidence of customer needs and strategic outcomes
  
You will be responsible for driving a human-centric and holistic approach to service delivery; helping to design and guide solutions to support multiple.
  
Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (Australian citizen).
  
Role –
  

• Execution and delivery of best practice service design methods and processes supporting the future design
• Manage the design and delivery of service design artefacts and communication of current and future state journey maps, service blueprints and personas ensuring a holistic approach to end-to-end service design
• Working as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively and manage relationships
• Lead and deliver workshop design and facilitation
• Manage and deliver contextual research and insights

  
  
Skills –
  

• Over 4 years’ experience in HCD methods with a focus on Service Design, with Strategy/ Research
• Experience in leading customer-centred design
• Strong service design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus
• Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement
• Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
• Government agency OR Health Sector in a design capacity exp highly desired
