My client is looking for a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join a collaborative and dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will work with our Gold Coast based team to drive the organic growth of your clients' online presence.

  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for our clients
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation
• Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine performance
• Monitor and analyse SEO metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence
• Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable SEO team

  What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years' experience in SEO (agency or in-house) with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Strong technical SEO knowledge – site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc.
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and build clear, compelling recommendations
• Bonus: Experience working with eCommerce brands or large-scale content sites
