We’re looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team on a 4-month contract.

This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of development tasks, and deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deliver features that improve UX and conversion rates
• Integrate apps, APIs, and payment solutions
• Optimise performance, speed, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain high standards in code quality and security

Requirements

• Proven Shopify development experience with live store examples
• Strong skills in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Shopify APIs and integrations
• Solid understanding of eCommerce UX and conversion principles
• Familiarity with Git and modern workflows
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Familiarity with headless commerce or modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
• Knowledge of SEO and site performance optimisation
