About the role You’ll own organic social strategy and growth across all channels - but this is a hands-on content role, not just strategy on a slide deck.

You’ll:

• Plan, shoot and edit video, reels, stories and posts yourself
• Lead content shoots with creators, agencies and internal teams
• Use AI tools to speed up and scale content production
• Contribute to blogs, landing pages and campaign messaging
• Track performance and make data-led calls on what to do more of

About you

• 3+ years’ experience in social media and content management
• A real track record building and growing social channels — not just campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from data
• Experience managing production timelines, shoots and stakeholders
• CMS experience
