Our client is a marketing agency managing end-to-end marketing for a curated portfolio of outdoor brands and adventure brands. 

They're creating a brand new role to give organic social and ambassador partnerships the dedicated focus it deserves.

What you'll do
On social, you'll manage a selection of brand accounts end-to-end — staying ahead of platform trends, briefing the in-house creative team, and shaping each brand's organic presence.
On partnerships, you'll run the ambassador and creator program:

• Identify and onboard new ambassadors and creators
• Build genuine, lasting relationships (not just campaign-by-campaign)
• Maintain the internal creator database
• Apply commercial judgement to decide what's worth investing in

What they're looking for

• Experience in brand social media, creator/ambassador management, or briefing creative teams
• Real platform knowledge — not just surface level
• Natural feel for outdoor and lifestyle communities
• Organised and able to juggle multiple brands without dropping the ball
• Commercial instincts around partnerships
