Our Story:
Just Digital People was born in early 2013 with just two people. Over the past seven and half years JDP have grown and established ourselves across the country with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and London. During the past seven years we have had some ups and downs and like many watched as Covid struck fear across the world. However we believe JDP are very well positioned to be stronger than ever and we are looking to grow our Brisbane team with new amazing Talent - hopefully you.


So what will you be doing all day I hear you ask?
Our Brisbane Marketing Team is starting to get busy, real busy. One of our consultants has recently relocated up from Melbourne and has more work than she can handle so needs your help. In a nut shell 'you will be working very closely with an Amazing JDP Marketing Recruitment Consultant to help shortlist highly specialised marketing talent to our clients'. Hope that makes sense!

Duties will include:

• Source & attract talent through Seek, LinkedIn, CRM database searches and any creative "new ways" of your choosing.
• Write Ad copy (think seek adverts) & candidate profiles
• Interview candidates face-to-face, via Zoom, via Skype and also via the magical telephone.
• Organise and speak to reference checks 
• When Covid ends you will be expected to regularly attend professional networking & industry events to get your face and the JDP name in front of the right people. 
• Attend online tutorials / skype meetings

So what are we looking for and paying?
We are hiring an entry level recruiter, so this means no prior experience will be required, just a positive can do switched on attitude. If you have previous recruitment experience that would be a bonus, but we are happy to teach. Attitude is more important as is an understanding and appreciation for digital marketing.

You will be paid a base salary + a bonus for every placement you help with.  Dont get fixed on the starting salary, believe me, if you do this right after a few years you can and will (if you are good) be earning six figures.

About you
You’ll have a personality as bubbly as a bottle of Moét with the ability to spark up conversations with those from all walks of life. You’re not afraid of a challenge & will be prepared to put in the hard yards to make something of yourself – ‘hustle’ is a word which is well ingrained in your vocab. You’re prepared to jump in with both feet! You want to be a success story - you want to push yourself & test your limits.  JDP is the perfect playing field to do this. You’ll be joining a team of talented, passionate Recruitment Consultants who genuinely love what they do & are here because they want to be.
