The Role
In a nutshell, this role requires an individual to be very strong technically in JAMF, great with Intune, and have previous leadership experience.
As lead for the APAC Workplace Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting &
advancing client management (MDM) strategy across APAC to provide first-class experience for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading, inspiring and developing the APAC Workplace Platform Engineering team
- Driving a team culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead the end to end delivery of MOE initiatives including completion of all project plans outlining business
benefits, costs, resource requirements, planning assumptions and risks. - Guiding the design and implementation of the Managed Operating Environment (MOE) for end user computing across APAC.
- Implement the transition to a self-service deployment model for software delivery to staff
- Handle the lifecycle of applications ensuring software upgrades and updates are deployed efficiently using
modern deployment tools to support hybrid work. - Use standard methodologies in the design and implementation of the MOE and in the use of all associated management tools
- Mentoring & coaching technical operations across APAC to ensure a high quality of service is delivered within a culture of continuous improvement.
- See opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency across existing systems & processes ensuring appropriate partner engagement to improve the end-user experience.
- Continually evaluating new technology and its potential to enhance existing systems
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
- Effective leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Proven experience in an IT Infrastructure role supporting endpoint management (MDM) solutions
- Proven experience in MOE design, development & implementation in large scale enterprise deployments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft & Apple technologies, including Active Directory & network fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of application packaging & scripting methodologies
- Strong passion for technology, process improvement and service delivery
- Good project management & communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist / Solutions Expert
- Apple / JAMF Certified
- AWS / Azure Cloud Experience
- Apple & Microsoft Operating Systems
- Endpoint management (MDM) solutions (SCCM / InTune, JAMF)
