About the role:

This role is no ordinary Content and Creative role - you will be building brands and curating experiences. You will bring your creativity and strategic abilities to lead a team of like-minded individuals to raise brand awareness.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior marketing leadership to drive the creative direction and strategy of their multiple brands. You’ll lead a team of content creators, designers and social media specialists, ensuring the delivery of top-tier creative work. Managing influencer partnerships, overseeing social media reputation and maintaining high standards for creative content will also be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality content.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage campaign performance analysis to optimise engagement and ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on team leadership and storytelling.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking, with a history of driving brand success through innovative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
