Just Digital People are working with an exceptional company here in Brisbane who are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Platform Manager to jump on board their team at an exciting and extremely crucial time for the business as it undergoes digital transformation and platform integration across a range of chunky projects.

The role has the following key areas of responsibility:

• Platforms
• Data
• Integrations

The right gem for this role will be experienced orchestrating different types of platforms (CRM, reporting, survey, LMS etc), digging deep into not only the 'how', but the 'why' different platforms are used and how to best optimise them.
  
You must be able to look at a system and evaluate if its fit-for-purpose for the business, gather requirements and run an RFP as well as then work though business processes, implement, document and administer the chosen platforms.
    
A Day in the Life...
  

• Manage the company's applications within both the business operations ecosystem and the product delivery ecosystem including building, development, config, admin, testing, and QA.
• Reduce manual processes in products to improve GP.
• Improve automation in the ecosystem, primarily through integration.
• Remain up to date with platform UX roadmaps and manage implications for the company and apply improvements as appropriate.
• Improve data accuracy and availability throughout the business.
• Review and document business requirements along with measure and demonstrate to leadership the ROI of vendor selection.
• Manage stakeholders across the business including the executive including education of technologies and changes in environment.

  
To thrive within this great opportunity you will need solid communication skills with prior experience in the effective delivery of user workshops, face to face training and developing online content to drive ongoing awareness of system functionality
