A globally recognised SaaS organisation and respected brand in the digital marketing space. The client is looking for an experienced growth and performance marketer to join their Asia Pacific marketing team based in Brisbane.
Responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of all their paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and growth, this role is a critical part of our growth strategy in 2024 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy with a primary focus on paid media across various channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage and optimise campaign budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales, partnership, and marketing teams to understand product value propositions and adjust targeting strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Work with creative resources (internal or outsourced) to develop visually appealing ads that align with brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, freelancers, and vendors as needed, including publishers, ad networks, and other media suppliers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising and share insights with the broader marketing team.
  • Experience in a growth, performance marketing, or media buying role within B2B companies, preferably in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce.
  • A strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets from demand generation to new customer acquisition and sales.
  • A proven history of effectively executing digital campaigns and programs across paid search, paid social, and programmatic media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and ROI analysis, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience and focus on working towards commercially-focused targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship
  • Proficiency in media buying software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding campaign setup,
    tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is highly desirable.
