What we need:

• A great background in Paid Search & Google Ads, having worked agency side
• A solid understanding of the performance marketing channels 
• Experience managing teams of specialists
• Experience managing large enterprise clients 
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth in the clients’ retainers and ensure the deliverables are relevant to the client objectives over time.
• Working with colleagues: liaise with creatives, web developers and designers for content and web requirements
• Maintain and manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
• You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends
