About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator, will be facilitating the day-to-day operations of ANZ marketing plans, with a specific aim to boost engagement across the dealer and partner network. This position provides support to the Business Partner ANZ and the sales functions in executing tasks, organising events, managing trade shows and liaising with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual events across Australia
• Support marketing strategies and promotions aligned with their organisational goals.
• Act as the internal marketing production agency, creating assets and communicating promotional activities for their dealer network.
• Work with external agencies to produce marketing materials for partner programs and tactical initiatives.
• Assist with broader marketing campaigns to drive growth in the ANZ region.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 12 months in a marketing role or related discipline.
• Strong time management, ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy within budget.
• Experience with trade shows or corporate events is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and marketing communications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and marketing channels.
• Experience with trade shows and events is advantageous.
