JDP have partnered up with a reputable PR agency that’s part of a Global integrated network to find their next Senior Account Executive in either their Melbourne or Sydney office.

You’ll work in partnership with brand specialists across PR, design, digital marketing and events to generate integrated campaigns for brands in Australia.

Your new role

• Work hand in hand with the team to deliver high level communications, PR and media campaigns for clients
• Monitor media through sourcing, scanning and logging coverage across newspaper, television and other news sources
• Assist with proactively sourcing and driving approaches to pursue media opportunities across relationships through the media and influencers
• Assist with crisis and issues management for clients
• Contribute to copy and professional writing across media releases, articles, editorials and other media relations

What you’ll need to succeed

• A creative mindset with hands on capabilities across executing public relations, media and communications
• Knowledge across the media landscape
• Experience with clients across consumer and lifestyle industries
• Prior experience within an agency environment (ideally 2 strong years)
• High level written and verbal communications skills
