They are looking for a Technology and Software Leader. With the title of Principal Architect you will be devising a technology roadmap with the future in mind.

You will play pivotal role in shaping the technical and interpersonal aspects of high-quality solutions across various sectors within the Product and Technology sphere. Along the journey you will be leading and nurturing some of the best technical minds in Australia. 

What you will be doing? 

• Foster a culture of excellence within your team.
• Provide leadership, support, mentorship, and guidance to Architects, Principal Engineers, and developers.
• Shape strategic outcomes for customers.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on technical architecture, design, and quality standards.
• Guide and mentor Architects across various sectors.
• Facilitate communication between senior leadership and business partners.
• Create tailored solutions using available resources.

What you will need to do it? 

• Proven software and/or technical architecture expertise
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching

• Ability to simplify complex systems for increased adaptability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, guiding others in the process
• Commercial foresight for business growth, combined with a deep understanding of technology strategies and roadmaps
• Extensive experience in business and systems analysis, architecture, and design

• Track record of making data-driven decisions.
